Chioma Oli
Chairwoman
Chioma Oli is the Chairperson and Co-founder of Empower Her Dreams alongside her husband. As a UX Consultant, she leads high-profile digital transformation projects across private and public sectors. Previously, as Trustee and Director of Women Affairs at Women of Africa—a UK-based human rights organization—she championed African women’s rights throughout Europe. She also serves as Vice Chair of Trustees at Alpha Grove Charity UK, fostering an inclusive community where people of all backgrounds can connect, grow, and thrive.
Dr. Pastor Faith
Secretary
Dr. Pastor Faith serves as Deputy Director of Empower Her Dreams and Community Development Officer with the Ministry of Women Affairs, Community and Social Development in Delta State. In this role, she oversees community development initiatives for a local government area.
Her extensive experience spans faith-based institutions, non-governmental organizations, and local communities. Through state government programs focused on the wellbeing of girls, women, and society at large, she helps community members create positive social change and improve their quality of life across towns and villages.
Pastor Mercy Nnenna Green
Programme coordinator
Pastor Mercy Nnenna Green serves as a transformational leader, dedicating herself to empowering and developing future leaders. As program coordinator for Empower Her Dreams and Co-Pastor of the Commonwealth International Assembly, she guides spiritual growth through teaching, training, and personal development. Her work at the Prophetic and Apostolic Church focuses on destiny activation through revelatory teachings and spiritual gifts.
